Use of the services
You may use our site and apps only in a lawful manner and only for personal, informational, or internal business purposes that are consistent with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape protected areas, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- We may use email verification, trusted-device recognition, and related security checks to protect accounts.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own security failure.
Health and wellbeing data
Any hydration, nutrition, mood, cycle, movement, reflection, or routine data you enter is intended to help you organize and review your own habits. The services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
Community and shared content
If you submit barcode or food entries for broader review or public inclusion, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that the details you submit are reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Intellectual property
The Welluna Health name, branding, designs, app layouts, written content, and original software are owned by Welluna Health unless otherwise stated. These terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times.
No medical advice
Welluna Health services are provided for wellness, awareness, and organization only. They are not a replacement for licensed medical, nutrition, mental health, or emergency care.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Welluna Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services. If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount you paid directly to us for the relevant service during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, or used the services unlawfully or abusively.
Governing principles
These terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable way under applicable law. If one section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections stay in effect.
